Load securing
Load securing is an absolute must if you want to ensure your own safety and that of others. As a rule, tension belts and rails are used. However, there are other, much simpler ways of doing this. Empty spaces have to be filled in inevitably so that goods cannot slip during braking.
Load securing is a regulation and considerable penalties can be imposed if this is not observed. The goods must not slip or tilt and certainly should not slide off the transport vehicle during the journey. If you do not secure your goods properly, a so-called domino effect can occur during braking. For example, one carton tips over and the next one, the next one, etc. In the worst case scenario, your load will be found on the road and other vehicle owners or pedestrians will be endangered.
So-called void fillers are a simple and at the same time inexpensive way of securing your load properly. You have never heard of this type of load securing? This is corrugated cardboard, which is available in various sizes and shapes. Handling is very simple. Empty spaces are filled with them and thus any slippage or tipping of the goods is impossible. Corrugated board packaging, honeycomb corrugated board and so-called void fillers can be used. The latter are responsible for securing pallets.
Honeycomb corrugated board
Honeycomb corrugated board is perfectly suitable if you want to secure your goods properly, as intermediate layers (e.g.: pallets on top of each other), gap fillers, glass spacers, furniture inlays, inserts and much more. For use here:

Although the honeycomb corrugated board is made of paper, it is very robust and durable. Even heavy loads can be transported safely and stably with them. Paper-based packaging material is particularly in demand because it is inexpensive and environmentally friendly. A particularly good combination of strength and low weight is given with honeycomb corrugated board.
Voidfiller (pat.) Pallet securing
Always finding the right packaging for the respective project is not so easy. Voidfiller is folding corrugated board that can be used to separate cardboard boxes or pallets, for example. They are a simple way of filling empty spaces in a truck, for example. They are easy to use, versatile and environmentally friendly. Consumers can use them several times and therefore save money.
